1) 'Agreeing what needs to be done': Consultancy We work with you to identify the additional skills and knowledge your people need or identify the key issues that need to be addressed in order to achieve business objectives. We then propose an appropriate approach to deliver against these that takes account of your organisation's style, values and operational pressures. 2) 'Getting people together': Facilitated meetings & workshops Our expert facilitators help new project teams agree how they need to work together to deliver their objectives, cross-functional teams to explore and address issues that may be limiting performance or steer groups through meetings where the issues to be discussed may be contentious and emotions run high! 3) 'Equipping people to perform': Training & development programmes Our experienced development practitioners design and deliver a wide range of training from modular management development programmes to shorter, focused courses on subjects including; leadership, influencing, negotiation or conflict resolution. For example; 'People in Project Management (PPM)' helps project managers focus on their relationships as a means of performing within a matrix environment and 'Leaders in Project Management (LPM)' explores the expectations, roles skills and issues involved in leading project teams. We also provide training and on-going support to develop an 'in-company' capability in training delivery and facilitation 4) 'Supporting individuals': Coaching & mentoring Support packages At specific times in their career, such as changing role or undertaking a particularly challenging project, managers can benefit from one-to-one coaching support to address specific issues that may be limiting their performance. Coaching Support packages are tailored to meet the agreed objectives and may use where appropriate, instruments such as MBTIŠ or OPQ to help increase the individual's self-awareness or understanding of the current situation. Coaching assignments may typically consist of between 4 & 6 sessions over a six month period. Longer term support can also be provided, often developing into a mentoring relationship Whether in facilitating targetted workshops, designing and delivering focused training programmes or in providing effective coaching support packages for individual managers, we can help you to equip your people to perform. |
